Awakening the soul of a place, one step at a time.
This large-scale project, aimed at restoring La Réserve of Beaulieu to its full glory and elevating it to the rank of a palace hotel, had to be led with method and precision. We took advantage of the winter seasons, when the hotel is closed, to plan the work over two-to-four-month periods, dedicating the rest of the year to design and planning.
Echoing the history of La Réserve, originally a restaurant, the project began symbolically with the renovation of its restaurant and bar, before extending to the other spaces.
During a third phase of intervention, the lobby and the famous “rose room,” were refurbished, ensuring the transformation of the public areas into spaces of transition and serenity, between reception and passageways.
The three final phases concerned the redesign of the suites in the towers as well as the renovation of the hallways and other passageways.
The palace’s rediscovered soul expanded naturally into the guest rooms, which were refurbished in a concluding phase of the project.
