Château de la Commaraine

Renovation of a historical complex dating from 12th to 18th century, destined to become a luxury hotel. Creation of a winery and aging caves destined for future production of a Grand Cru de Bourgogne. The architecture combines the restoration of historical areas with contemporary extensions, the creation of a winery, all deeply inspired by Bourgogne tradition. The interiors are contemporary but in harmony with historical vestiges.
